Opting to engage Elisabeth Troiano as a coach , trainer and guide for this journey has proven to be an exceptionally wise decision. We strategically structured our sessions over a period of 3 months, a length that I found to be ideal. Our goal was not merely a quick resolution to an immediate issue, but rather the establishment of tools like PCM and Profiling to enhance long-term communication with our staff.
This time frame also enabled us to “try out” and evaluate different scenarios, exchange experiences, reflect on individual situations and analyze dynamics.

Thank you so much. I am incredibly grateful to have met you. It was always a joy to explore aspects of my personality together with you. I even did the homework—and happily so. We all move through the world holding certain assumptions about ourselves. Challenging those assumptions without upsetting one’s balance is a wonderful gift of yours.
The idea of a one-on-one online setting initially made me somewhat uneasy, as I was used to a different dynamic in such situations. The way you shaped that space—so that I felt truly seen by you and, perhaps even more importantly, by myself—touched my self-image in an unexpected way and forged a quiet bond between us.
You built a foundation of trust—essential for any genuine learning—that allowed me to open up. This enabled me to view myself without judgment, to understand the positive qualities inherent in each aspect of my personality, and to consciously make use of those parts. While the foundation lies in the PCM concept, it was your personal presence that truly made it happen.
And perhaps that is what touched me most: the feeling that the moment was truly dedicated to me. It is a rare talent to make someone feel that everything happening in that instant is for them, rather than just an exercise in methodology. Often enough, I thought I was too clever for it all, believing I had long since seen through the simple phrasing. Yet, it worked. I responded to it—with a positive feeling and a smile, knowing full well that, in the end, I simply couldn’t help myself…
Thank you for this experience, for your lightness of spirit, your honesty, and for the trust you placed in me by working together. The basic seminar for the Process Communication Model with Elisabeth was a real enrichment – both professionally in test flying, a high-risk area with particularly high requirements for good communication, and personally. From the very first minute, Elisabeth created a learning atmosphere, with her incredibly friendly and empathetic nature, in which I felt completely comfortable.
I was really impressed by her ability to convey the complex content not only in an understandable way, but also in such an entertaining and humorous way. It was never too dry or theoretical. Because of her humorous nature, not just knowledge, but also practical tips stuck for everyday life.
The many exercises and examples in particular showed me how I can directly apply what I have learned. After just a short time, I could see how my conversations were changing – initial resistance from difficult conversation partners dissolved and working together became noticeably more pleasant. It was impressive how quickly it worked.
Elisabeth was also very flexible and perfectly adapted to the online format, so I never had the impression that anything was lost. The seminar had a lasting influence on me and gave me valuable impulses not only professionally but also personally.
