Running a company in South Africa offers a truly enriching experience, yet it comes with its unique set of challenges – diverse cultures, languages, heritages, and varied working backgrounds. So a diverse team with different characters.
Opting to engage Elisabeth Troiano as a coach , trainer and guide for this journey has proven to be an exceptionally wise decision. We strategically structured our sessions over a period of 3 months, a length that I found to be ideal. Our goal was not merely a quick resolution to an immediate issue, but rather the establishment of tools like PCM and Profiling to enhance long-term communication with our staff.
This time frame also enabled us to “try out” and evaluate different scenarios, exchange experiences, reflect on individual situations and analyze dynamics.
This deliberate timeframe allowed us to navigate and assess various scenarios, gaining valuable insights into how communication truly flows within the company. Elisabeth’s virtual coaching sessions have been nothing short of remarkable, dispelling any concerns about distance.. All content was tailored to my needs and my professional context was embedded in the exercises. I’ve experienced profound personal growth, gaining insights into self-discovery and refining my interactions with others. I not only learned something new but was also able to take away helpful tools for practical application.
As a result, I can confidently affirm that I have evolved into a more effective manager for our wonderful team. I wholeheartedly recommend Elisabeth’s services, whether in German or English, and whether conducted in person or virtually. It was in March 2024 when I met Elisabeth Troiano at Munich Central Station to get to know her and get some initial information. It didn’t take long before I was sure she was the right person to finally learn PCM.
