We support top executives and teams in positioning themselves for the future.  Among other things, we work with two methods developed by ourselves: the Interconnected Leadership – an approach for a future- and relationship-oriented management culture. And Interconnected Communication – an approach for relationship-and value-oriented communication and corporate culture.

We support our customers in establishing a future- and relationship-oriented management culture that enables sustainable success in the organization. For us, this includes the development of a strategic story and the implementation of all communication measures in relation to change communication in the organization. In doing so, we always keep an eye on the different target groups or also create a comprehensive stakeholder analysis. In addition, we offer individual support with regard to personality-based communication patterns. Among other things, we work with the scientifically based personality and communication model PCM@ (Process Communication Model), which enables both relationship-oriented conversations and the handling of stress and conflicts.

PCM is a proven tool for deciphering human interactions. The understanding of PCM distinguishes six personality types that we all carry within us. Regardless of gender, origin or education, each of us has a different combination and weighting of the following types that make us who we are: Thinker, Persister, Rebel, Promoter, Harmonizer and Imaginer (m/f/d).

Behavioral diagnostics (Profiling PScn, FACS - facial expression analysis)

Authenticity and credibility of a person play an essential role, especially when selecting executives and filling important roles.

Here it is important to find out as early as possible whether the communication and attitude of the person fits the current or future role and its context, and whether the behavior is consistent overall.

As a Certified Profiler, we have a keen eye for people and their behavior. Our observation and perception gives us clues about their values, possible intentions and hidden emotions, which allows us to look behind the facade and uncover masks.

We work with the method Profiling PScn – behavioral analysis for economy and security developed by Patricia Staniek, as well as the method F.A.C.S – Facial Action Coding System by Dr. Paul Ekman.

These observations are particularly helpful in the recruiting process and in demanding team constellations. We provide assessments (profile, external appearance, video analysis, language analysis, etc.) and share our observations from discussions, assessments, qualifications or meetings.
